The Gallery of Brno Grand Prix
Sikora, Zbigniew ; Boleslavská, Yvona (referee) ; Žalmanová, Petra (advisor)
The main task of this thesis was to create an architectural study of The Gallery of Brno Grand Prix based on previous urban study from previous semester works. The proposal is focused on the iconic circuit’s former glory restoration, on providing new content for raceway complex and creating decent and presentable place for the presentation of the rich history of Czech and Czechoslovak motorsport. The result is a study of an object that meets these needs while respecting the historical and morphological values of the place. The building creates new themed attraction and creates the potential for further development of near circuit.
Rings of order p^2 and p^3
Haluza, Vít ; Hrdina, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kureš, Miroslav (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with classification and studying of properties of rings of order p^2 and p^3 (p is prime). Terms such as ring ideal or polynomial over finite field are introduced and used in this thesis. Apart from abstract unspecified rings, some special types of finite rings are also mentioned and classified. Program package, which is able to automatically classify given ring of order p^2 is also part of this thesis.
Drozd rings
Nytra, Jan ; Doupovec, Miroslav (referee) ; Kureš, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on Drozd rings. In the beginning, we mention important parts of algebraic theory for the definition of these rings. In the next chapter we describe an example of Drozd ring. In the following, we concentrate on Weil algebras - it shows up, that Drozd algebras over field of real numbers are specific examples of Weil algebras. We also construct groups of algebra automorphisms for these algebras. In the last part of the thesis, we mention Lie groups, because groups of algebra automorphisms of Weil algebras are examples of Lie groups.
The Gallery of Brno Grand Prix
Ježková, Tereza ; Boleslavská, Yvona (referee) ; Žalmanová, Petra (advisor)
The main purpose of the diploma project is to redesign an object of the Brno Grand Prix areal. The design case study is a second step after an urban project analyses created in the pre - diploma project phase. The main aim of the diploma design studio is to produce a new impulse in the whole nearby area of the Brno Grand Prix by finding a new purpose for the city's iconic areal and creating a decent and representative place for exhibition of the extensive history of Czechoslovak Motor sport.
Discretely normed orders of quaternionic algebras
A v neposlední řadě důkaz existence nekonečně mnoha různých maximálních řádů kvaternionové algebry. Výsledky uvedené v této diplomové práci budou dále publikovány ve vědeckém článku.
Solving systems of equations over commutative rings
Seidl, Jan ; Šťovíček, Jan (advisor) ; Žemlička, Jan (referee)
The object of this work is to offer algorithm how can be solved systems of linear equations Ax=b over principal ideal rings. We prove that for every nonzero matrix over principal ideal rings there exists its Smith form. Using Smith form we transform the system of equations to simple diagonal form and we show how we can obtain the solution of the original system from its diagonal form. Whole procedure we demonstrate by the examples over Z, Zm and Q[x]. Thereafter we show how is possible to implement the algorithm for these rings by using software Mathematica. The work should provide procedure according to which shold not be difficult to modify algorithm to gain solution over another rings. 1
Formula 1 as a Sport and Social Phenomenon in the 1950s and 1960s
Fendrychová, Michaela ; Kovář, Martin (advisor) ; Soukup, Jaromír (referee)
Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of races formula 1 as a Sport and Social Phenomenon in the 1950s and 1960s. The author focused in the introduction on recapitulation beginning car races from 1894. The main part of thesis regards world championship in Fifties and Sixties. The author analysed particular seasons of the championship and concentrated on career of the best drivers - champions (for example Guiseppe Farina, Juan Manuel Fangio, Albert Ascari etcetera) as well as drivers, who didn't win world title (for example Stirling Moss) or Jochen Rindt (he got world title in memoriam, but in 1970 and this is not observed period). Analysis of running the most important teams follows (Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes, Lotus and McLaren).
